Jamavar Valentine’s Dinner On Thursday 14th February, you are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved one as you indulge in a six-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Surender Mohan. Welcomed with our Signature cocktail, the Burman, made with Laurent Perrier Champagne, Cinnamon Gin and Rose, guests will begin with Malabar Soft Shell Pepper Crab, followed by Malai Jheenga, Peshwari Lamb Chops and a choice of Kachi Mirch Ka Gosht or Dhaniya Murgh. To end the evening with something sweet, a trio of desserts with be served including, Marbled Chocolate Samosa, Strawberry Shrikhand Tart and Passion Fruit and Ginger Kulfi.
